Pam Bradshaw is the Director of Advancement for Advance Native Political Leadership. They help lead the organization’s development, operations, and communications efforts to ensure that we meet our fundraising, operational, and growth goals. Pam has more than a decade of experience in fundraising and communications for social and gender justice organizations, including the Center for Constitutional Rights and the American Civil Liberties Union. Prior to joining the team at Advance, Pam was the Senior Advancement Manager at UltraViolet, a national advocacy organization that drives feminist change. As a white, queer, non-binary person, they are committed to supporting movements that build power for BIPOC and LGTBQI2S folks.
Pam has a MA in Media Studies from The New School and a BA in English and Film Studies from Mount Holyoke College. In their time outside of work, Pam spends copious amounts of time researching just about anything, planning road trips (namely where to eat along the route), experimenting in the kitchen, and exploring the hiking trails near their home with their son, partner, and dog.
