NATIONAL PROGRAM MANAGER, STRATEGIC RECRUITMENT & PARTNERSHIPS
We’re looking for a National Program Manager, Strategic Recruitment & Partnerships to join our growing team. The National Program Manager, Strategic Recruitment & Partnerships will lead the strategic partnership strategy to identify and build a recruitment pipeline for our Native Leadership Institute (NLI) programs, including the interview and selection process and the development of a robust community partnerships program to identify rising Native leaders and help usher them down the pathway to office.
