PROGRAM DIRECTOR

Advance Native Political Leadership Action Fund is looking for a dynamic Program Director to help lead our organization into its next stage of growth. We are looking for an engaging, detail-oriented leader who has experience both building and executing programs and leading engaged teams, and who can represent Advance’s vision in a vast array of community and professional spaces.

Are you a strong leader and a natural connector of people? We’re looking for someone who is excited by building new and dynamic relationships within and across communities; someone with a creative eye for strengthening coalitions and strategic partnerships. If you thrive networking in new spaces, have a natural curiosity about people and the ways communities are interconnected, and enjoy impactful work with an identity-affirming team, please consider applying.

COMMUNICATIONS MANAGER

Advance Native Political Leadership Action Fund is looking for a Communications Manager to join our growing team. We are looking for somebody interested in moving beyond cookie cutter communications, press, and social media strategies as they have traditionally been done; someone who enjoys setting the curve rather than following it.

Are you someone with a passion for creating accessible content around the issues impacting Indian Country, who is skilled at deconstructing complex narratives? If you have experience developing communication strategies that bring forward the arcs of our ancestors to build power for future generations, this position might be for you.
