RESEARCH & DATA ASSOCIATE

We’re looking for a Research & Data Associate to join our growing team. The Research & Data Associate will provide research, data analysis, and administrative support for several of our programs. The successful candidate will have strong communication skills, keeping the team connected and informed, strong attention to detail, the ability to balance multiple priorities and deliverables, and the ability to work collaboratively across programs and initiatives for Advance.

NATIONAL PROGRAM ASSOCIATE

We’re looking for a National Program Associate to join our growing team. The National Program Associate will provide administrative and operations support of the Native Leadership Institute and growing national and state-based networks of elected and appointed leaders. The successful candidate will have strong communication skills, keeping the team connected and informed, strong attention to detail to balance multiple priorities and deliverables, and the ability to work collaboratively across programs and initiatives for Advance.

EXECUTIVE COORDINATOR

We’re looking for an Executive Coordinator to join our growing team. The Executive Coordinator reports directly to the Executive Director and is responsible for providing high-level administrative and organizational support. This role is responsible for managing calendars, reimbursements, and expense reports, scheduling, arranging travel, preparing reports, managing communication in a fast-paced environment, and handling confidential information. They will serve as a liaison between the Executive Director and our staff, advisors, funders, and other stakeholders. This position requires excellent professional communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
