Pam Bradshaw serves as the Director of Operations & Organizational Growth for Advance Native Political Leadership. In this role, they lead the development and management of organizational systems, technology, processes, and events, while fostering an inclusive culture that embodies the organization’s core values. Pam brings over 15 years of experience in fundraising, communications, and operations, including at social and gender justice organizations such as the Center for Constitutional Rights and the American Civil Liberties Union.
Before joining Advance Native Political Leadership, Pam was the Senior Advancement Manager at UltraViolet, a national advocacy organization committed to driving feminist change. As a white, queer, non-binary person, Pam is deeply committed to supporting movements that build power for BIPOC and LGBTQI2S communities.
Pam holds an MA in Media Studies from The New School and a BA in English and Film Studies from Mount Holyoke College. Outside of work, they are an avid researcher with a passion for cycling, weightlifting, movies, traveling, and cooking. Pam also enjoys exploring local hiking trails with their son, partner, and pug.
